Hongying is a native of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province in China. She teaches Chinese at UW—L and she loves to cook. During class, Nedra will diffuse essential oils and play relaxing music. Participants will learn to use crystals to open chakras.

Nedra will guide them through putting the crystals on themselves and then guide them into a deep state of relaxation before guiding them through clearing the chakras. Learn about different qualities of some common cooking herbs, some of the benefits and how to use and combine them effectively.
